ABSTRACT

This paper discusses demand and supply chain management and examines how artificial intelligence techniques and RFID technology can enhance the responsiveness of the logistics workflow. This proposed system is expected to have a significant impact on the performance of logistics networks by virtue of its capabilities to adapt unexpected supply and demand changes in the volatile marketplace with the unique feature of responsiveness with the advanced technology, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Recent studies have found that RFID and artificial intelligence techniques drive the development of total solution in logistics industry. Apart from tracking the movement of the goods, RFID is able to play an important role to reflect the inventory level of various distribution areas. In today’s globalized industrial environment, the physical logistics operations and the associated flow of information are the essential elements for companies to realize an efficient logistics workflow scenario. Basically, a flexible logistics workflow, which is characterized by its fast responsiveness in dealing with customer requirements through the integration of various value chain activities, is fundamental to leverage business performance of enterprises. The significance of this research is the demonstration of the synergy of using a combination of advanced technologies to form an integrated system that helps achieve lean and agile logistics workflow .

INTRODUCTION

The logistics and supply chain environment is characterized by aggressive global competition, rapidly changing technologies and increasingly complex markets, all of which have prompted the development of information systems to facilitate the exchange and update of relevant data transactions. In general, decisions are made by logistics services providers, normally based on personal experience and knowledge. However, recent reviews on logistics systems indicate that inadequate attention has been given related to the development of a logistics workflow system which can respond rapidly to outside changes in an effective manner (Goutsos & Karacapilidis, 2004; Liu, Zhang, & Hu, 2005). With advert of RFID technology, information of moving objects can be obtained in a quick manner and easier way. Identification of demand pattern, market trend, and customer behaviour requires real time information and formulation of replenishment strategy needs both explicit and implicit knowledge.

چکیده

این مقاله مدیریت تقاضا و زنجیره تامین را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد و بررسی می کند که چگونه تکنیک های هوش مصنوعی و فناوری RFID می توانند پاسخگوئی گردش کار تدارکات را افزایش دهند. انتظار می رود این سیستم پیشنهادی تاثیر قابل توجهی در عملکرد شبکه های تدارکات به دلیل توانایی های آن ها برای انطباق تغییرات عرضه و تقاضای غیر منتظره در بازار فرار با ویژگی منحصر به فرد پاسخگویی با فناوری پیشرفته، شناسایی فرکانس رادیویی (RFID) داشته باشد. مطالعات اخیر نشان داده اند که تکنیک های RFID و هوش مصنوعی، توسعه کل راه حل در صنعت تدارکات را در بر می گیرند. به غیر از ردیابی جنبش کالا، RFID می تواند نقش مهمی را برای نشان دادن سطح موجودی مناطق مختلف توزیع بازی ایفا کند. در محیط صنعتی امروز جهانی شدن، عملیات تدارکات فیزیکی و جریان اطلاعات مرتبط، عناصر ضروری برای شرکت ها برای ایجاد یک سناریوی کارآمد تدارکاتی هستند. اساسا، گردش کار انعطاف پذیر انعطاف پذیر، که توسط پاسخ سریع آن در رسیدگی به نیازهای مشتری از طریق ادغام فعالیت های مختلف زنجیره ارزش، مشخصه ای است برای اهرم عملکرد کسب و کار شرکت ها. اهمیت این تحقیق، نشان دادن همکاری از استفاده ترکیبی از فن آوری های پیشرفته برای تشکیل یک سیستم یکپارچه است که کمک می کند تا به گردش کار لاغر و چابک تدارکات کمک کند.

مقدمه

محیط زیست تدارکات و زنجیره تامین به واسطه رقابت جهانی تهاجمی، فناوری به سرعت در حال تغییر و بازارهای به طور فزاینده پیچیده مشخص می شود که همه آنها باعث توسعه سیستم های اطلاعاتی برای تسهیل تبادل و به روزرسانی اطلاعات مربوطه می شوند. به طور کلی، تصمیم گیری ها توسط ارائه دهندگان خدمات تدارکاتی، معمولا براساس تجربه و دانش شخصی انجام می شود. با این حال، بررسی های اخیر در سیستم های تدارکات نشان می دهد که توجه کافی به توسعه یک سیستم گردش کار لجستیک که می تواند به سرعت به تغییرات بیرونی به روش موثر پاسخ دهد (Goutsos & Karacapilidis، 2004؛ Liu، Zhang & Hu، 2005) . با تبلیغ تکنولوژی RFID، اطلاعات جابجایی اشیا را می توان با روش سریع و ساده تر به دست آورد. شناسایی الگوی تقاضا، روند بازار و رفتار مشتری، نیازمند اطلاعات زمان واقعی و فرمولبندی استراتژی پرکردن نیاز به دانش صریح و ضمنی است.
