ABSTRACT

The objective of this paper is to define the definition of smart patients, summarize the existing foundation, and explore the approaches and system participation model of how to become a smart patient. Here a thorough review of the literature was conducted to make theory derivation processes of the smart patient; “data, information, knowledge, and wisdom (DIKW) framework” was performed to construct the model of how smart patients participate in the medical process. The smart patient can take an active role and fully participate in their own health management; DIKW system model provides a theoretical framework and practical model of smart patients; patient education is the key to the realization of smart patients. The conclusion is that the smart patient is attainable and he or she is not merely a patient but more importantly a captain and global manager of one’s own health management, a partner of medical practitioner, and also a supervisor of medical behavior. Smart patients can actively participate in their healthcare and assume higher levels of responsibility for their own health and wellness which can facilitate the development of precision medicine and its widespread practice.

INTRODUCTION

Healthcare is undergoing a profound revolution as the consequence of precision medicine, which utilizes modern genetic technology, molecular imaging technology, and biological information technology, combined with patient’s living environment, lifestyle, and clinical data, to achieve precision disease classification and diagnosis and develop a personalized prevention and treatment . Meanwhile, with the development of smart medicine , more hospitals start to utilize various kinds of high-tech means, such as artificial intelligence (AI) , gene therapy , sensing technology , etc., to achieve better and more ideal treatment level and outcome. In addition to the change of medical service and payment mode, as the center of current medical model, patients are faced with more requirements and pressure on how to face the complex multidimensional disease data , including clinical chemistries, molecular and cellular data, organ, phenotypic imaging, social networks, etc.

چکیده

هدف این مقاله تعریف تعریف بیماران هوشمند، خلاصه کردن پایه موجود و کشف روش ها و مدل مشارکت سیستم از نحوه تبدیل شدن به یک بیمار هوشمند است. در اینجا یک بررسی جامع از ادبیات به منظور ایجاد فرایندهای اصلاح نظری بیمار هوشمند انجام شد؛ “ساختار اطلاعات، اطلاعات، دانش و عقل (DIKW)” برای ساختن مدل چگونگی استفاده از بیماران هوشمند در پروسه پزشکی انجام شد. بیمار هوشمند می تواند نقش فعال و به طور کامل در مدیریت سلامت خود شرکت کند. مدل سیستم DIKW چارچوبی نظری و مدل عملی بیماران هوشمند را فراهم می کند. آموزش بیمار کلید تحقق بیماران هوشمند است. نتیجه گیری این است که بیمار هوشمند قابل دستیابی است و تنها بیمار نیست، بلکه مهمتر از آن یک کاپیتان و مدیر جهانی مدیریت سلامت خود، یک همکار پزشک و همچنین ناظر رفتار پزشکی است. بیماران هوشمند می توانند به طور فعال در مراقبت های بهداشتی خود شرکت کنند و سطوح بالاتر مسئولیت سلامت و سلامت خود را به عهده بگیرند که می تواند توسعه پزشکی دقیق و عمل گسترده آن را تسهیل کند.

مراقبت های بهداشتی در حال انجام یک انقلاب عمیق به عنوان نتیجه پزشکی دقیق، که با استفاده از تکنولوژی ژنتیک مدرن، تکنولوژی تصویربرداری مولکولی، و تکنولوژی اطلاعات بیولوژیکی همراه با محیط زندگی، زندگی شیوه زندگی و داده های بالینی، برای رسیدن به طبقه بندی دقیق بیماری و تشخیص و توسعه پیشگیری و درمان شخصی در همین حال، با توسعه پزشکی هوشمند، بیمارستان های بیشتر شروع به استفاده از انواع مختلف فن آوری های پیشرفته مانند هوش مصنوعی، ژن درمان، تکنولوژی حسگر، و غیره، برای رسیدن به سطح بهتر و بیشتر از درمان مناسب و نتیجه. علاوه بر تغییر خدمات پزشکی و نحوه پرداخت، به عنوان مرکز مدل پزشکی فعلی، بیماران با نیازهای بیشتری مواجه می شوند و بر چگونگی برخورد با داده های پیچیده بیماری های چند بعدی، از جمله مواد شیمیایی بالینی، داده های مولکولی و سلولی، ارگان، فنوتیپیک تصویربرداری، شبکه های اجتماعی، و غیره.
