چکیده

كتاب ثروتمند ترين مرد بابل مجموعه اي از داستانهاي واقعي است كه هم از لحاظ ادبي و هم به لحاظ راهنمائي هاي مالي و اقتصادي جالب توجه مي باشد. در همه داستان ها علل مشكلات مالي مورد بررسـي رار گرفته و راهكارهاي عملي جالبي براي رفع آن پيشنهاد شده است. هدف واقعي در ايـن كتـاب ايجـاد بينشي است تا علاقمندان به موفقيت مالي به كمك آن ثروتمند شوند، از ثروت خود نگهـداري كـرده و از درآمد حاصل از آن ثروت، ثروت بيشتري به دست آورند. در ذيل خلاصه اي از داسـتان هـاي ايـن كتـاب براي خوانندگان محترم ارائه مي گردد.

مقدمه

اولين و دومين داستان كتاب مربوط به مردي ارابه ساز به نام بن سير و دوست چنگ نـواز او كـوبي مي باشد كه هر دو پس از سالها كار و تلاش فقير و بي چيز بودند و از اين رو تصميم گرفتند تا راهي براي ثروتمند شدن بيابند. آن دو نزد دوست قديمي خود “آركاد ” كه ثروتمندترين مـرد بابـل بـود رفتـه و راه ثروتمند شدن او را جويا شدند. آركاد در جواب گفت جمع مال داراي قواعد و قوانيني است كه شما آنها را نياموخته ايد و يا متوجه آنها نشده ايد. من در جواني دريافتم كـه ثـروت توانـائي انـسان را بـراي داشـتن چيزهائي كه موجب خوشبختي و رضايت مي شود، افزون مي كند. ثروت قـدرت اسـت و بـسياري از چيزها را امكان پذير مي نمايد و مي تواند ماية آرامش جسم و روح باشد و چون نه ميراث پدري داشتم و نه هوش و دانش فوق العاده پس بايد با مطالعه و در طول زمان به خواسته هاي خود مي رسـيدم. زمـان چيزي است كه همه در اختيار دارند و نبايد آن را بيهوده تلف كنند. در مورد مطالعه هم فرامـوش نكنيـد كه علم بر دو نوع است اول علمي است كه موجب يادگيري نادانسته ها مي شود و ديگري علمي است كه سبب مي شود بفهميم چه چيزهائي را نمي دانيم.آركاد سپس سالهاي متوالي و سخت كار خويش در ديوان مكاتبات و حك كردن مطالب بر روي لوحه هاي گلي و همچنين نحوه آشنائي اش با القميش را كه از ثروتمندان آن زمان بود، نقل مي كنـد. ايـن آشـنائي نقطه عطفي مي شود در زندگي وي. القمـيش كـسي اسـت كـه راه و رسـم ثروتمنـد شـدن را بـه آكـارد مي آموزد.

ABSTRACT

The book “The richest man in Babylon” is a collection of real stories that are both literally as well as financially and economically sound. In all the stories, the causes of financial problems have been investigated and interesting practical solutions have been proposed to remedy it. The real purpose of this book is to create a vision for wealthy enthusiasts, to save their wealth, and to generate more wealth from the proceeds of that wealth. INTRODUCTION
