چکیده

در بخش هاي پيشين «درباره اپل» ، گفته شد: استيو جابز و وزنياک در يک آوريل 1976 شرکـت کوچـک اپل را پايه  گـذاري نمودند و با پـسـتي و بـلنــدي هــاي زيـاد ، يک مـــدل کامپيوتر خـــانـگي با نام ليــزا(lisa) ، کامپيوتري قابل حمل به نام macintoch power book سپس نوت بوکportable را به توليد رساندند و توانستند برند اپل را بيشتر از گذشته، در دنيا مطرح کنند.  استيو نيز طي اختلافاتي که با ديگر اعضاي اصلي شرکت اپل پيدا کرد، چند سالي از اپل دور ماند تا آنکه جنگ ميان اپل و مايکروسافت بر سر کپي برداري سيستم عامل مخصوص هر دو، به وقوع پيوست و بحران و سراشيبي اپل نيز، هم زمان شروع شد. اين دعوا و استقبال کاربران از سيستم عامل ويندوز بجاي مکينتاش، اپل را به فکر آن انداخت که براي فروش بيشتر، بايد سيستم عامل مکينتاش را يک بازنويسي اساسي و اصطلاحا، کاربر پسندتر، کند. اپل براي شروع، با موتورولا و IBMيک قرار داد تجاري را براي توليد نرم افزار براي سخت افزار توليدي آنها منعقد نمود. اين قرار در سال 1994و سپس تلاش اپل براي جايگزيني پردازنده توليدي موتورولا در برخي مدل هاي power macintochمي رفت تا همه چيز را به نفع اپل تغيير دهد. البته تلاش اپل براي بازنويسي سيستم عامل مکينتاش، باعث شد تا اپل که چند سالي بود بدون استيو به کارش ادامه مي داد، سيستم عامل NEXTSTEPرا که شرکتي که استيو جابز بعد از اپل، آن را بنا نهاده بود، توليد کرده بود ، خريداري کرده و پاي استيو دوباره به شرکت اپل، باز شود. 9جولاي 1997با 12سال تاخير، استيوجابز به سمت مديرعاملي اپل، برگزيده شد تا اين مرد با مشکلات و افت هاي شديدي که در سهام اپل رخ داده بود، دست و پنجه نرم کند. بعد از آن بود که جابز با ورودش، سعي کرد تا با تلاش زياد و حل مشکلات به روش خود، شرکت اپل را براي چندمين بار، از دست سختي هاي ريز و درشت برهاند. و در نهايت همين تلاش ها و ظهور معجزه گونه او در شرايط سخت بود که باعث شد تا در ابتدا ، مديران سطح بالا و  کارمندان اپل و سپس سهام داران و در نهايت کاربران و استفاده کنندگاني که محصولات شرکت اپل را خريداري مي کردند، اعتمادشان به او جلب  شود و در مدتي تقريبا کوتاه، اپل با مديريت او به يک ثبات اقتصادي و بعد از آن پيشرفت روز به روز مواجه شد.
