ثروت آفرينان

چکیده

کشورهاي قاره اروپا (منهاي انگليس) با دنيايي روبرو هستند که الگوي موردپسند آنها، يعني اقتصاد بازار اجتماعي از کار افتاده است و روند بلندمدت ميزان بيكـاري ايـن قاره، دائم رو به افزايش است. نرخ بيكاري دورقمي اکنون پديده دائمي شده است. در صنايع انسان ساخته مبتني بر نيروي مغزي جديد قرن بيسـت و يكـم، همه اروپا بازنده است و اروپا در هيچ صـنعتي پيشـتاز نيسـت. فاصـله اروپـا بـا آمريكا روزبـروز بيشـتر مـيشـود، قـاره اي که فرهنـگ را اختـراع کرد،  اکنـون از آمريكـا فرهنگ وارد مي کند. اقتصاد آمريكا در پي فروپاشي نظام مالي آسيا، هيچ آسيبي نديد. بيكـاري در ايـن کشور درحد بيسابقه اي پايين است و تورم وجـود نـدارد. شـرکت هاي آمريكـايي دوبـاره درصدر قـرار گرفتـه انـد. در سـال ،١٩٩٠فقـط دو شـرکت از ده شـرکت بـزرگ اول دنيـا آمريكـايي بودنـد، امـا در سـال ٩ ،١٩٩٨شـرکت از  ١٠شـرکت اول دنيـا آمريكـايي انـد. اکنون از ٢٥شرکت بزرگ جهان، ٢٠شرآت آمريكايي هستند. وقتـي که نوبـت بـه اقتصاد متكي به دانش ميرسـد، هـيچ آشـوري از آمريكـا جلـوتر نيسـت. بـا وجود اين احساس نگراني پنهان در آمريكا  وجود دارد. وقتي که اقتصادي در اوج باشـد، بسياري ممكن است در سراشيبي درغلطند .

مقدمه

با آغاز قرن ١٩و پايان آشاورزي، انقلاب صنعتي اول پديد آمد. در آغاز سده بيستم با ورود برق به صحنه زندگي، انقلاب صنعتي دوم رخ داد. امروز سومين انقلاب صنعتي در جريان است. ميكروالكترونيك، رايانه، مخابرات و ارتباطات دوربرد، مواد مصنوعي، ربات و بيوتكنولوژي همه شئون زندگي را دگرگون مي سازند. در انقلاب صنعتي سوم، فناوري ها با چنان سرعتي درحال تغييرند که کسي نمي تواند فعاليت هاي سودآور آينده کدامند. در اقتصاد متكي به دانش، دستيابي به سودهاي با ثبات، دشوار است. مديرعامل امروزي تكيه گاه اقتصادي ثابتي نخواهد يافت. همه مديران بايد بدون وجودپايه هاي ثابت، برنامه هاي خود را بريزند و اجرا کنند. همانطور که انقلاب صنعتي دوم، اقتصاد محلي را به اقتصاد ملي تبديل کرد، انقلاب صنعتي سوم اقتصادهاي ملي را به سوي اقتصاد جهاني سوق داد. اين نخستين بار در طول تاريخ است که شرکتها و بنگاه هاي اقتصادي از جايي در دنيا مي خرند که قيمتها پايين تر است و در جايي از دنيا مي فروشند که قيمتها بالاتر است.

ABSTRACT

The continent countries of Europe (minus England) face a world in which their likelihood model, the social market economy, has ceased, and the long-term trend of unemployment in this continent is constantly increasing. The two-way unemployment rate is now a permanent phenomenon. In the man-made industries based on the new brain power of the twenty-first century, Europe is losers and Europe is not leading in any industry. The distance between Europe and the United States is increasing day by day, the continent that invented culture now imports culture from the United States. The US economy did not suffer any damage after the collapse of the Asian financial system. Unemployment is low in the country and there is no inflation. American companies are back on track. In 1990, only two companies from the top ten largest American companies were in the US, but on 9 September 1998, they were among the top ten American companies. Now, there are 20 of the 25 largest companies in the world. When it comes to economies based on knowledge, no Assyrian is ahead of the United States. However, there is a sense of hidden concern in the United States. When the economy is at its peak, many may be on a slide.

INTRODUCTION

With the beginning of the 19th century and the end of agriculture, the first industrial revolution began. At the beginning of the twentieth century, the second industrial revolution took place with the arrival of electricity on the stage of life. Today is the third industrial revolution. Microelectronics, computers, telecommunications, telecommunications, synthetic materials, robots and biotechnology transform all aspects of life. In the third industrial revolution, technology is changing so rapidly that nobody can make the profitable future of the future. In a knowledge-based economy, it is difficult to achieve stable profits. Today’s CEO will not have a steady economic backing. All managers must install and execute their programs without having to install them. As the second industrial revolution transformed the local economy into a national economy, the third industrial revolution pushed national economies toward the global economy. This is the first time in history that companies and firms are buying from somewhere in the world where prices are lower and they sell in the world where prices are higher.
