ABSTRACT
Dispersed small-scale units (DGs) alone are not efficient to supply electricity in the energy market. In such cases, the aggregation of a number of these units can be exploited more appropriately. Virtual Power Plant (VPP) is a decentralized energy management system whose task is to aggregate the capacity of some dispersed generation sources (DGs) and disposable loads for energy trading or service support, and this suite can be used to maximize its profits and optimize The power system functions as an independent unit in the electricity market. In fact, it is composed of a combination of distributed generation technologies with different costs of the virtual power plant. The price strategy of a virtual powerhouse plays an important role in maximizing its profit. In this research, a structure is proposed for the participation and offer of virtual power plant prices in the market. In the proposed model, the network structure, the virtual power plant security constraints, the constraints on the distributed energy sources of the virtual power plant are also considered. With the help of the proposed approach, the amount of energy purchased or sold on the market can be determined by setting up scattered energy sources for the market next day. The problem will be simulated with the help of appropriate software and will be studied. Finally, the results are discussed. To solve the problem, a new intelligent algorithm called the Black Hole Optimization (BHBO) algorithm is used.
INTRODUCTION
The traditional structure of power systems is divided into three parts: production, transmission and distribution. Electricity production is carried out in the manufacturing sector, which includes plants with a production capacity of up to several hundred megawatts or higher. These power plants may be close to consumption points or have a very large gap. The transmission system, with the use of high voltage levels, is responsible for delivering power to the consumer centers. In the distribution section, the input power is distributed in such a way that the system losses are minimal and the delivery power quality is acceptable to the customer. Therefore, the traditional structure has three main features: 1. The existence of major manufacturing centers. 2. The transmission of power to the centers of consumption by high voltage voltage levels and the transmission network. 3. The transmission of power transmission in today’s centers. However, small manufacturing centers have been created near the centers of consumption that can be They distribute their products to consumers through the distribution system.
