ABSTRACT

I think everybody saw Laser Effects that shows up stages, discos or festivals. There are two categories on  the laser effect. One is Beam Effect, it shows he laser beams that flying in the air to the audience. The other is Screen Effect, it shows the laser graphics that drawn on the screen by a moving laser spot. The first one is  preferred better than second. The beam effect is very exciting, so that many Laser Light Shows are also  being given. The laser equipments working in the laser light show are called Laser Projector. This is a  challenging project to build the laser projector with professional grade :-). The most important component used for laser projectors is the laser unit. He-Ne laser had been used in early days, multi-colored mixed gas laser is currently used for high end laser projector and solid state laser is one of the brand-new laser device that has been recently used. However the laser unit was very expensive and junk He-Ne gas laser cannot be modulated directly, so that I could not resolve to purchase the laser unit and modulator. At the first quarter of 2004, a reasonable solid state laser module was sold from Kyoritsu Denshi, and I determined to start this project that thinking for a long time .

INTRODUCTION

Basically, the laser projectors are used for entertainment industry. Most high-end laser projectors are  custom-built and some functions are incorporated accordance with which type of effect is required. Figure 1 shows the optical function diagram of typical laser projector. It seems ready-made laser projectors have only X-Y scanner which can be used for the most generic effects. In this project, I chose only an X-Y scanner and aimed to project exact laser graphics and animations as a goal.  In old days, red He-Ne laser had been used for the laser art, and then white mixed-gas laser which can generate several number of color simultaneously has being used. The gas laser is very low efficiency and difficult to use. Recently, compact, high efficiency and easy to use solid state lasers, such as semiconductor laser and DPSS laser, increase its performance and have appeared on the market of laser art equipment. Most color of solid state laser is currently red and green.  When blue one improves its performance, out of date gas lasers will be replaced with the solid state lasers.

چکیده

من فکر می کنم همه از اثر لیزر دیدن کرده اند که مراحل، دیسکو ها و جشنواره ها را نشان می دهد. در اثر لیزر دو دسته وجود دارد. یکی اثر Beam است، نشان می دهد که پرتوهای لیزری که در هوا به مخاطبان پرواز می کنند. دیگر اثر صفحه است، آن را نشان می دهد که گرافیک لیزری که بر روی صفحه نمایش توسط نقطه لیزر متحرک کشیده شده است. یکی از بهترین ها بهتر از دوم است. اثر پرتو بسیار هیجان انگیز است، به طوری که بسیاری از نور لیزر نشان داده شده نیز داده می شود. تجهیزات لیزری که در نمایش نور لیزر کار می کنند، پروژکتور لیزری نامیده می شود. این یک پروژه چالش برانگیز برای ساخت پروژکتور لیزر با درجه حرفه ای است :-). مهمترین مولفه مورد استفاده برای پروژکتورهای لیزری، واحد لیزری است. لیزر He-Ne در روزهای اولیه استفاده شده است، لیزر چند لایه مخلوط گاز در حال حاضر برای پروجکشن لیزر بالا استفاده می شود و لیزر حالت جامد یکی از دستگاه های لیزر نام تجاری جدید است که اخیرا استفاده شده است. با این حال واحد لیزری بسیار گران بود و لیزر He-Ne gas نمی توان مستقیما به آن متصل شد، بنابراین نمی توانستم دستگاه لیزر و مدولاتور را خریداری کنم. در سه ماهه اول سال 2004، ماژول لیزر حالت جامد حالت جامد از Kyoritsu Denshi فروخته شد، و من تصمیم گرفتم که این پروژه را شروع کنم که برای مدت طولانی فکر کند.

مقدمه

اساسا، پروژکتورهای لیزری برای صنعت سرگرمی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. اکثر پروژکتورهای لیزری با کیفیت بالا ساخته شده اند و بعضی از توابع با توجه به نوع اثر مورد نیاز است. شکل 1 نمودار عملکرد نوری پروژکتور لیزری معمول را نشان می دهد. به نظر می رسد پروژکتورهای لیزری آماده دارای اسکنر X-Y هستند که می توانند برای اکثر اثرات عمومی استفاده شوند. در این پروژه من تنها یک اسکنر X-Y را انتخاب کردم و با هدف طراحی دقیق لیزر گرافیک و انیمیشن به عنوان هدف. در روزهای گذشته، لیزر قرمز He-Ne برای هنر لیزر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و سپس لیزر سفید با مخلوط گاز که می توانست همزمان چندین رنگ تولید کند. لیزر گاز کارایی بسیار کم و دشوار برای استفاده است. به تازگی، لیزرهای جامد با کارایی کم، کارآیی بالا و آسان برای استفاده از لیزرهای جامد مانند لیزر نیمه هادی و لیزر DPSS عملکرد خود را افزایش داده و در بازار تجهیزات لیزری هنر ظاهر شده است. بیشتر رنگ لیزر حالت جامد در حال حاضر قرمز و سبز است. هنگامی که یک آبی یک عملکرد را بهبود می بخشد، لیزرهای قدیمی از گاز با لیزرهای حالت جامد جایگزین خواهند شد.
