Critical aspects in the strategic management theory

ABSTRACT

The strategic management theory has not yet managed to offer solutions to all the conceptual and practical challenges launched by specialists. Moreover, in the context of the current economic crisis, there is the need to redefine the coordinates of the strategic analysis and strategic planning with the purpose of offering solutions adapted to the difficulties of the strategie analysis and strategie planing present. The scenarios of companies strategie recovery  must follow macroeconomic recovery scenarios, thus the effort of companies will not produce consequences at the macroeconomic level either. The critical demarche proposes to outline a series of limitations of the strategic management concepts and indicate what manners of developing concepts new could be approached and which would be the appropriate method . 

INTRODUCTION

The current socio-economic context modifies the strategic dynamics of organizations and the structure of demarches that they achieve in view of implementing them. The economic crisis begun in 2008 has  affected both the managers trust in the role and efficiency that their strategic planning and strategic  analysis actions have and the strategic management specialists perseption on the manner of implementing the strategies at  the level of the company. Together with these problems due to the new  manifestations from the  international economic-social environment, the strategic management theory has not yet managed to offer solutions to all the conceptual and practical challenges launched by specialists .Through this paper, we are trying to answer three questions :To what extent will the strategic construction and behaviour promoted by the current strategic models cope with the pressures of the work force, social and ecological pressures of the present ,against the global economic crisis. What is present and usable from the strategic analysis and strategic planning theory. What critiques can be brought to the strategic management theory and whether they can underlie the establishment of a new scientific approach.

چکیده

نظریه مدیریت استراتژیک هنوز توانایی ارائه راه حل برای تمام چالش های مفهومی و عملی که توسط متخصصان راه اندازی شده است. علاوه بر این، در شرایط بحران کنونی اقتصاد، نیاز به تعریف مختصات تحلیل استراتژیک و برنامه ریزی استراتژیک با هدف ارائه راه حل های سازگار با مشکلات تجزیه و تحلیل استراتژی و برنامه ریزی استراتژیک وجود دارد. سناریوهای بازیابی استراتژی شرکت ها باید سناریوهای بهبود اقتصاد کلان را دنبال کنند، در نتیجه تلاش شرکت ها نتایجی را در سطح اقتصاد کلان ایجاد نخواهد کرد. Demarche بحرانی پیشنهاد می کند مجموعه ای از محدودیت های مفاهیم مدیریت استراتژیک را مشخص کند و نشان دهد که چه روش هایی برای توسعه مفاهیم جدید می تواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و چه روش مناسب باشد.

مقدمه

چارچوب اجتماعی-اقتصادی فعلی دینامیک استراتژیک سازمان ها و ساختار تحریف هایی را که آنها در پی تحقق آنها به دست می آورند، تغییر می دهد. بحران اقتصادی که در سال 2008 آغاز شده است، از مدیران اعتماد به نقش و کارایی را که برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و اقدامات تحلیلی استراتژیک دارند و متخصصان مدیریت استراتژیک بر شیوه اجرای استراتژی ها در سطح شرکت تأثیر می گذارند، تأثیر می گذارد. تئوری مدیریت استراتژیک همراه با این مشکلات به علت تظاهرات جدیدی از محیط بین المللی اقتصادی و اجتماعی، هنوز نمی تواند راه حل هایی برای تمام چالش های مفهومی و عملی که توسط متخصصان ارائه می شود، ارائه دهد. از طریق این مقاله ما سعی می کنیم به سه سوال پاسخ دهیم : تا چه اندازه ساختار راهبردی و رفتاری که توسط مدل های استراتژیک کنونی ارتقا داده می شود، با فشارهای نیروی کار، فشارهای اجتماعی و اکولوژیکی کنونی، در مقابل بحران اقتصادی جهانی روبرو خواهد شد. آنچه موجود است و از تجزیه و تحلیل استراتژیک و نظریه برنامه ریزی استراتژیک قابل استفاده است. چه انتقادی می تواند به تئوری مدیریت استراتژیک برسد و اینکه آیا می تواند پایه ی یک رویکرد جدید علمی باشد.
