چکیده

مقدمه

جست‌وجوی ایده‌آل‌ها: یافتن شغل متناسب با رشته دانشگاهی و مهارت در حوزه‌ای خاص، نخستین امتیاز هر کارجوی متخصص، فارغ‌التحصیل و یا دانشجویانی است که همزمان به دنبال تحصیل و اشتغال هستند. اولویت‌های شغلی و ایده‌ها، هدف نهایی هر فردی برای اشتغال محسوب می‌شوند. اما رسیدن به این جایگاه آرمانی به تجربه و مهارتی فوق‌العاده نیاز دارد. در چنین فضایی و برای دست‌یـابی به حداقل‌ها باید انتخاب‌های خود را افزایش دهید. برای حـل این معضل که اغلب فارغ‌التحصیلان و متخصصین را درگــیر کرده است، راهکارهای مختلفی وجود دارد. شاید در گام اول فقدان تجربه کافی و یا ناتوانی در اجرای پروژه‌های شغلی دلیلی آشکار بر نرسیدن به ایده‌آل‌ها به شمار آید. فقدان سابقه کافی نیز از عواملی اسـت که همـــواره در حوزه‌های مختلف وجود دارد كه موجب تأخیر واختلال در راه‌یابی متقاضیان به اولویت‌های شغلی می‌شود. بنابراین جست‌وجوی شغلی هر فرد باید مطابق با صلاحیت‌ها و میزان مهارت کسب‌شده‌اش باشد. مشاغل پاره‌وقت، شرکت در پروژه‌های گروهی، تحقیق‌های دوران‌ دانشجویی و درنهایت همایش‌ها و جلسه‌های راهبردی، بستری مناسب برای اشــتغال را فراهم خواهند آورد. از این منظر برای آغازی موفق در اشـتغال و یا حتی ادامـه تحصیلات دانشـــگاهی باید با کارشناســـان هر حوزه مشوت کرد و راهکارهای مختلف را ارزیابی و بررسی نمود. راهکارهای زیر تا حدودی می‌توانند شرایط لازم را برای حضوری موفق و ایجاد زمینه‌های اشتغال به وجود آورند: 1- ارزیابی و آگاهی از روند تحصیل و کسب آموزش‌های لازم برای اشتغال. 2- مطالعه و تحقیق درباره رشته دانشگاهی و شناسایی بازارکار مرتبط. 3- آگاهی از علایق و استعدادها و تلاش برای رشد آن‌ها در فضایی مطلوب. 4- مشاوره و حضور در پروژه‌های مختلف کاری. 5- انتخابی کارشناسانه و مبتنی بر منطق (هر فرد براساس صلاحیت‌ها، دانش و تجربه خود) مطابق با بازارکار شغلی را برگزیند و در همان رشته تجربه‌های لازم را فرا گیرد.

INTRODUCTION

Ideal Search: Finding a job with a university degree and specializing in special fields is the first point of any specialist worker, graduate student or student who is simultaneously seeking education and employment. Job priorities and ideas are the ultimate goal of any individual for employment. But reaching this ideal position requires extraordinary experience and skill. In such a space, you must increase your choices to reach the minimum. Different solutions exist to solve this problem, which often involves graduates and specialists. Perhaps in the first step, the lack of sufficient experience or inability to run job projects is a clear indication of the lack of ideals. Lack of sufficient background is also a factor that always persists in different areas, which delayed the process of reaching applicants for job priorities. Therefore, each person’s job search must be in accordance with the competencies and skill levels. Part-time jobs, group projects, student studies, and eventually strategic conferences and meetings will provide an appropriate employment opportunity. From this perspective, in order to start a successful occupation or even continue college education, we should be proud of the experts in each area and evaluate and review various strategies. The following strategies can, to some extent, provide the necessary conditions for successful attendance and the creation of employment grounds: 1. Assessment and awareness of the process of education and training required for employment. 2- Studying and researching the field of the university and identifying the relevant marketplace. 3. Awareness of the interests and talents and efforts to grow them in a desirable atmosphere. 4. Consulting and attending various work projects. 5- Expert choice based on logic (each person based on his qualifications, knowledge and experience) in accordance with the job market and get the necessary experience in the same field.
