ارزیابی مالی و اثر بخشی سیستم های اداری-مالی

چکیده

توسعه اقتصادی کشورها و نیاز به حسابرسی سالانه صورت های مالی شرکت ها باعث شده است تا فعالیت های حسابرسی گسترش یابد، در این  راستا شاهد طرح نرم افزارهایی هستیم که به عملیات حسابرسی کمک می کنند و اثر بخشی آنها را افزایش می دهند . با ورود رایانه به ایران، به تدریج شرکت های مختلفی اقدام به تولید نرم افزارهای متنوع با کاربردهای گوناگون کردند . به تدریج عملیات خودکار و سریع رایانه ای جایگزین فعالیت های کند و پیچیده نیروی انسانی شده و برای کنترل این فرآیندها، نرم افزارها به عنوان مغز متفکر رایانه ها، طراحی و تولید گردیدند نرم افزارها و سیستم های  اطلاعاتی حسابداری وظیفه جمع آوری، پردازش، طبقه بندی و گزارشگری وقایع مالی را با هدف تهیه اطلاعات مربوط به ثبت رویدادها و تصمیم گیری برای استفاده کنندگان داخلی و خارجی یک سازمان عهده دار است . بیشتر تصمیماتی که در واحد تجاری مالی اتخاذ می شود به نحوی بر اطلاعات حسابداری مبتنی است. ارزیابی عملکرد بعنوان موضوعی پر اهمیت همواره با تئوری نمایندگی معنا و مفهوم پیدا نموده است . بطوریکه بر اساس این تئوری مدیران پاداش خود را مطابق با عملکرد شان دریافت می دارند . در نتیجه سهامداران می توانند مطمئن باشند چنانچه مدیران محرکهای لازم به آنها داده شود  وکنترل شوند تصمیمات مطلوب درجهت حداکثر کردن ثروت اتخاذ خواهندکرد. در کنار ارزیابی عملکرد مالی شرکت ها، به اثربخشی تولید نرم افزار در حیطه اداری –مالی هم میشود اشاره کرد که با وجود نرم افزار های به روز و با قابلیت بالا می توان با تحلیل خوب و عالی عملکرد مالی شرکت ها به نتیجه بهتری دست رسی پیدا کرد. در واقع، در پژوهش حاضر رابطه بین ارزیابی عملکرد مالی و اثربخشی نرم افزار های اداری – مالی را با در نظر گرفتن مطالعات انجام شده و مبانی نظری بررسی شده است.

ABSTRACT

Software and information systems Accounting was the task of collecting, processing, classifying And reporting financial events with the goal of providing information about the registration of events and decisions for internal and external users of an organization. Most of the decisions made in the financial unit are based in some way on accounting information. Performance evaluation has always been an important topic with the concept of representing meaning and concept. According to this theory, managers receive their rewards in accordance with their performance. As a result, shareholders can be sure that if managers give them the necessary incentives and control, they will make optimal decisions in order to maximize the wealth. In addition to assessing the financial performance of companies, the effectiveness of software production in the administrative area is also noted that despite the current and high-tech software, good and excellent analysis of corporate financial performance can lead to a better outcome. Found. In fact, in the present study, the relationship between financial performance evaluation and the effectiveness of administrative-financial software has been studied taking into account the studies and theoretical foundations.
