ABSTRACT
Building engineers have long been aware of the inevitability of multiple uncertainties in structural design, construction and construction, and over the life of the structure. They clearly understood that structures at these times experience uncertain quantities of physical, statistical, and modeling types. To address these uncertainties, structural trustworthiness analysis is now in use. In this research, a software for building reliability analysis has been developed. This software is in close contact with SAP2000 software environments and uses the powerful SAP2000 software core for analysis of limited components and structural design. This feature allows the program to be used for realistic structural models.
INTRODUCTION
As long as a structure is designed and constructed and offered for exploitation and may have been used for a long time, it may be questioned how safe this building is? It is clear that this question is completely different from the question that new building designers are facing, and evidence suggests that the structure inspection and control over the regulations on which it was designed (or some new regulations) necessarily Are not useful. The reason for this is that the design code should take into account uncertainties in the design and construction process, and these uncertainties are all identified when the construction work is completed (that is, it is fully determined They are not considered uncertain. However, it is not necessarily easy to determine the actual values of the various parameters of the existing structure, and it can have uncertainties. Evaluating the reliability of existing buildings can be done for several reasons, including: 1. The use of structures that require increased load. 2. Problems related to design or construction errors. 3. Concerns about the quality of construction materials. 4. Evaluation of impacts of depreciation on structures. 5. Evaluation of damage caused by natural and other disasters (such as storms or earthquakes). 6. Concerns in relation With the ability to exploit the structure, user variations are probably the main reason for assessing the reliability of existing buildings.
