ABSTRACT
One of the broad uses of detailed functions is to determine the dependencies between financial variables. Nevertheless, the choice of the appropriate joint function is important. Due to the simple and easy application of the Gaussian joint, in most cases this joint is used. In this paper, with emphasis on the method of fitting the bilinear form, we show that the Gaussian joint function is not an appropriate alternative for determining the dependence between separate series. To do this, using the Tehran Stock Exchange data, we apply the test in different dimensions and compare the results with the results of previous studies.
INTRODUCTION
For many years, statisticians have been interested in finding out the relationship between multidimensional coupled distribution functions with lower-dimensional distribution functions. Fréchet and Dahl Algiou have done a lot to achieve this relationship. For the first time in the theorem, Sklar used detailed functions for expressing the relationship between single-dimensional distribution functions and their multivariate functions. From a standpoint of detailed functions are functions multivariate distribution to distribution functions peripheral to associate with them and from another point of view, the joints can be distribution functions of several variables defined that the distribution functions Hashayh of them uniformly On distance (1 and 0) distributed. If the marginal distributions are continuous, the single function is the same. In addition, the detailed function is stable under very fast convergence. Joe, Marie and Couchez and Nelson have provided a comprehensive overview of their detailed functions and features. Due to remarkable features, detailed functions are used in financial affairs to model the structure of interdependence between assets and serve as a powerful tool for analyzing multivariate series. These functions are used by Emberich for the first time in financial applications.
