ABSTRACT
In this study, comparative precautionary control was used to control the influenza. The controller variables used in this method are vaccine, treatment, and quarantine. In comparative predictive control, a comparative linear model is used to express the dynamic behavior of the disease. The parameters of the model are identified and updated using the least squares error method. The performance of the predictive controller with an optimized controller is evaluated in the case of modeling error through simulation and compared to the results. The simulation results indicate that the pre-optimal controller has a better performance than the optimal controller.
INTRODUCTION
The flu or grip is an acute and highly contagious respiratory illness. The virus can infect birds and mammals. According to the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there have been three global outbreaks in the twentieth century, killing tens of millions. It is anticipated that every 25 years a global floodgrowth happens. The flu outbreak around the world causes deaths between 250,000 and 500,000 people a year. On average, in the United States, 41,400 people die every year between 1979 and 2001 and in India every year, 34,000 people died of influenza in 2009-2015.
