چکیده
هدف از پژوهش، بررسی اثر بخشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش ( ACT ) بر اضطراب، سلامت روان و تاب آوری والدین کودکان بیش فعال در سال 1397 بود. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 60 نفر از والدین به صورت در دسترس به دو گروه کنترل ( 15 والد، 30 نفر ) و آزمایش ( 15 والد 30 نفر ) گمارده شدند. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، سلامت روان، تاب آوری استفاده شد. یافته ها با روش کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش ( ACT ) بر سلامت روان و تاب آوری والدین کودکان بیش فعال معنادار بوده است اما بر میزان اضطراب تاثیری نداشته است. همچنین درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش ( ACT ) بر مولفه های علایم اضطرابی و اختلال خواب و مقیاس کارکرد اجتماعی والدین کودکان بیش فعال معنادار بوده است اما بر مولفه های علایم جسمانی و علایم افسردگی تاثیری نداشته است. درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش ( ACT ) بر مولفه های اعتماد به غرایز فردی/ تحمل عاطفه منفی، کنترل و تاثیرات معنوی والدین کودکان بیش فعال معنادار بوده است؛ اما بر مولفه های تصور از شایستگی فردی و پذیرش مثبت تغییر/ روابط ایمن تاثیری نداشته است. مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود سلامت روان و تاب آوری والدین دارای کودک بیش فعال موثر بود. این روش درمانی به عنوان گزینه درمانی موثر و مناسب جهت کاهش مشکلات روان شناختی والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری های مزمن توصیه می گردد.
مقدمه
اختلال نارسایی توجه-بیش فعالی1یک اختلال روانی شایع و مزمن است كه با نتایج زیان آوری در طول زندگی همراه است. از جمله این نتایج می توان به آشفتگی و گسیختگی شدید روابط با والدین، معلمان، همسالان و خواهر و برادر ها در دوران كودكی، نوجوانی و بزرگسال اشاره نمود(كجباف، شیرازی، میردریکوند، مظاهری، 1394.)اختلال بیش فعالی، شایع ترین اختلال عصبی-رشدی در دوره كودكی قبل از12سالگی تشخیص داده می شود. این اختلال یکی از شایع ترین اختلالات رشدی است، كه معمولا نشانه های آن در اوایل زندگی كودک و سنین پیش از دبستان ظاهر می شوند و اغلب نشانه های آن تا پایان كودكی و نوجوانی در هفتاد درصد از موارد تا بزرگسالی ادامه می یابد.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of treatment based on commitment and acceptance (ACT) on anxiety, mental health, and resilience of parents of overactive children in 1397. The research method was semi-experimental and with pre-test and post-test design with control group. 60 parents were randomly assigned into two groups (15 parents, 30 people) and tested (15 parents, 30). In this study, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Mental Health, Resilience were used. The findings were analyzed by covariance method. The results showed that commitment and acceptance therapy (ACT) had a significant effect on the mental health and agility of parents of overactive children, but did not affect the amount of anxiety. Addition and acceptance therapy (ACT) was also significant on the components of anxiety and sleep disturbances and the social functioning of parents of overactive children, but did not affect the components of physical symptoms and symptoms of depression. Acceptance (ACT) therapy has a significant effect on components of trust in individual instincts / negative affective tolerance, control and spiritual effects of parents of overactive children, but did not affect the components of the concept of individual competence and positive acceptance of change / secure relationships. Is. An intervention-based intervention was effective in improving the mental health and well-being of parents with overactive children. This therapy is recommended as an effective and suitable treatment option to reduce the psychological problems of parents of children with chronic diseases.
INTRODUCTION
ADHD 1 is a common and chronic psychiatric disorder that is associated with adverse outcomes throughout life. One of these results can be the disturbance and severity of relationships with parents, teachers, peers and siblings in childhood, adolescence, and adolescence (Kajbaf, Shirazi, Mirdikvand, Mazaheri, 1394). The most commonly reported hyperactivity disorder Neurodegenerative disorders are diagnosed in a childhood before the age of 12 years. This disorder is one of the most commonly occurring developmental disorders, which usually appear in early childhood and early childhood, and most of its signs continue until childhood and adolescence in seventy percent of cases until adulthood.
