ABSTRACT
In this research, the issue of choosing a portfolio is expressed in terms of the mean-variance for integrated assets (aggregate). To this end, the integrated time series introduced by Ingleh and Granger (1987) are presented and the error correction display for the time series vector is presented. Then, using Granger’s theory of theory, we examine the relationship between the integrated series and the error correction model. Finally, using a discrete-time value-asset model, a dynamic error correction model is proposed for the time series desired to be expressed and optimized for the portfolio of integrated assets with the mean-variance method.
INTRODUCTION
Granger (1981) discovered that the linear combination of two or more non-stationary time series can be static. The significance of integration in non-stationary economic series models in Granger’s theory of theory, which was formulated for the first time by Granger and Weiss (1983), is clear. Inegel and Granger (1987) developed the statistical techniques necessary for integration, as well as the exact proof for the theory of the show. Financial economists examine integration techniques for examining asset movements, since the concept of substitution for changes in financial variables exceeds the correlation coefficients. The integrity of the international stock market was examined by Kerch and Houner (1988) and Taylor and Tank (1989). Mallones and Callis (2010) showed strong evidence of integration in the European stock market. Billy and Bolerslo (1989) and Claret Alle (2010) have also provided evidence of integration in exchange rates. Masilyka and Smith (2009) have shown empirically that futures and futures are integrated.
