ABSTRACT
In the present study, the composite materials produced by the passage of the tungsten arch were compared to the pre-layer BN on the substrate of commercially pure titanium at 700 ° C. X-ray diffraction studies, combined with chemical analysis, by measuring the energy intensity of X-ray showed that the building TiB, TiN and Ti3B4-based crystalline forms are present in composite surface layers. TiN-based phases with dendritic morphology and boron-based compounds in the interdental dendrites were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results of single-oxidation microscopy showed that oxide layers on surface layers Composite thinner than oxide layer Yttamin is pure commercial. Oxidizing materials are all rutile, but oxide layers are more sticky and thicker on the composite surface. In contrast to the oxide layer, commercial cracking titanium shows a higher cracking rate. It seems that the presence of TiN in the joint layer of oxidative layer with composite layer has reduced the amount of oxygen penetration.
INTRODUCTION
The behavior of pure titanium oxidation due to the simultaneous operation of several mechanisms is almost complex, which depends on different variables such as temperature, small pressure of oxygen and the presence or absence of water vapor in the environment. The behavior of titanium oxide at temperatures below 600-650 ° C by the growth of rutile (titanium oxide) control of several speed equations, including logarith
متالورژیmic, parabolic, cubic and linear, can be used to describe and describe the oxidation of titanium. At high temperatures, because of the high oxygen dissolution in the titanium network, there has been a tendency to hurry, and this is a major problem for using titanium and its alloys at high temperatures. In researches that used to improve the resistance to oxidation of titanium in the air, alloying elements, b and Ta were used with a certain amount. The beneficial effect of both elements has been linked with their ability to stabilize a continuous non-conductive layer in the oxidation-metal-oxide shell. This nitride layer results from lowering the solubility and permeability of nitrogen in the alloy, which prevents further oxygen penetration in the alloy. Therefore, oxidation is controlled by the formation of a routine from the nitride layer, and, due to the higher oxidation resistance of titanium nitride, the oxidizing properties are improved in comparison with pure commercial titanium.
