ABSTRACT
In general, in steels, increasing stretching speed increases strength and decreases against ductility. In the present study, the effect of tensile strength on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of austenitic stainless steels with low and medium defects energy And their comparisons were made using metallographic studies, X-ray diffraction and X-ray diffraction. The results of this study showed that in these steels, by creating and increasing the stretching percentage, the martensitic modulus is formed and the strength increases, and on the other hand, dactylite increases, while the stretching speed, strength and ductility are reduced. The reason is that by increasing the stretching speed, more heat is generated and the formation of martensite is less.
INTRODUCTION
The most important feature of steel, which is more than 13% of the cream, is its corrosion resistance. In addition, in comparison with ferrite stainless steels, the mechanical properties of such steel are very important. The austenite phase in most of the AISI 300 series alloys is semi-stable, and due to the rapid cooling to below temperature, the martensitic transformation occurs. In these steels, the Matter-Yttin transformation is performed by changing the form of the plastic form at a temperature above Ms and below the Md temperature (the temperature does not occur above this fuzzy transformation temperature). Monganon and Thomas investigated the formation of the martensite phase during the tensile test in 304 steel, they found that by increasing the tensile strain, the martensite phase is formed in these steels.
