چکیده
تامین اطمینان در بازار بورس اوراق بهادار با فراهم کردن محیطی مطمئن، از دستاوردهای اصلی بازارهای بورس دنیا است. در بازار بورس کشورهای توسعه یافته، بازارهایی وجود دارند که وظیفه تامین اطمینان و کاهش ریسک حاصل از نوسانات قیمت سهام را به عهده دارند. این بازارها، «بازار اختیار معامله» نامیده می شوند. این مقاله، ضمن مقایسه قرارداد اختیار معامله و قرارداد بیمه به بررسی امکان کاهش ریسک حاصل از خرید سهام در بازار بورس توسط قراردادهای بیمه ای پرداخته است. درهمین راستا، بعد از معرفی چهارچوب کلی تحقیق، ابتدا به بررسی نظری موضوع با بهره گیری از منابع داخلی و خارجی پرداخته شده است؛ سپس با استفاده از روش میدانی، داده های مورد نظر جمع آوری شده اند. داده ها از پرسش نامه ای که بین سهام داران حاضر در تالار بورس توزیع شده، به دست آمده و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شده است . نتایج نشان می دهد که سهام داران، تمایل به بیمه شدن سهام خود دارند و معتقدند دخالت صنعت بیمه در بازار بورس به عنوان بازار تامین اطمینان می تواند میزان سرمایه گذاری ها را افزایش دهد. در انتها، پیشنهاداتی با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده ارائه شده است.
ABSTRACT
Securing the securities market by providing a secure environment is one of the major achievements of the world’s stock markets. In the developed stock market, there are markets responsible for ensuring and reducing the risk of stock price volatility. These markets are called “transaction market”. This article, while comparing the trading option agreement and the insurance contract, examines the possibility of reducing the risk of buying shares on the stock market by insurance contracts. In this regard, after introducing the general framework of the research, first the theoretical study of the subject using internal and external sources is discussed; then the field data are collected using the desired data. The data were obtained from a questionnaire distributed among the stockholders present in the Stock Exchange and analyzed using SPSS software. The results show that shareholders tend to insure their shares and believe that the involvement of the insurance industry in the stock market as a security market can increase the amount of investment. Finally, some suggestions regarding the results are presented.
