چکیده
بهبود کیفیت آموزش و افزایش موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان یکی از اهداف مهم هر دانشگاه است. در میان عوامل مؤثر موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان، پژوهش های بسیاری در مورد تأثیر روابط بیرون کلاس غیررسمی استاد- دانشجو بر موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان انجام شده است. تقریباً در تمام پژوهش های این حوزه بر کارکردهای مثبت این روابط برای کنش گران درگیر رابطه و نیز برای سازمان دانشگاه تاُکید شده است. در این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تفاوت های دو دانشکده متفاوت از جهت روابط استاد و دانشجو، دانشکده های علوم انسانی و مهندسی در یک دانشگاه بزرگ دولتی با هم مقایسه شده اند. حجم نمونه 300 نفر بوده است . نتایج نشان داده است که در دانشکده علوم انسانی روابط استاد و دانشجو بیشتر از دانشکده مهندسی است. این در حالی است که در دانشکده مهندسی روابط دانشجو- دانشجو فراوان تر از دانشکده علوم انسانی است. مدل علّی برای بررسی عوامل مؤثر موفقیت تحصیلی در دو دانشکده مشابه است و در هر دو دانشکده پیوندهای قوی و ضعیف با استاد و نیز انگیزه شغلی مثبت و نیز رضایت از نمره بر موفقیت تحصیلی تأثیر مثبت داشته است.

ABSTRACT
Improving the quality of education and increasing student academic success is one of the major goals of any university. Among the factors affecting student academic success, many studies have been conducted on the impact of extracurricular teacher-student relationships on student academic success. Almost all research in this field has emphasized the positive functions of these relationships for the actors involved in the relationship as well as for the university organization. In this study, to compare the differences between two faculties of faculty and student relations, the faculties of humanities and engineering are compared in a large public university. The sample size was 300 people. The results show that in faculty of humanities the relationship between professor and student is higher than faculty of engineering. However, at the Faculty of Engineering student-student relationships are more common than the Faculty of Humanities. The causal model for examining the factors affecting academic achievement in the two faculties is similar, and in both faculties strong and weak links with the teacher, as well as positive job motivation and score satisfaction have a positive effect on academic success.
