چکیده
مقدمه
انتگراسیون و تکنولوژی پینچ روشی برای حداقل کردن مصرف انرژی در فرایندهای شیمیایی توسط بهبود محاسبات ترمودینامیکی سوخت های فسیلی فرایند است که این مهم با بهینه سازی مصارف بخش بازگشت حرارتی روش های توزیع انرژی و بهبود شرایط عملیاتی فرایند محقق میشود. از این تکنولوژی با نام های روش انتگراسیون فرایند, روش انتگراسیون حرارتی روش انتگراسیون انرژی و تجزیه و تحلیل پینچ نیز یاد میشود. داده های کلی هر فرایند که شامل میزان نرخ انرژی . نرخ های حرارتی میشود به صورتی ارائه میشود که نرخ بار حرارتی سیستم (بر حسب کیلو وات) تابعی از دمای عملیاتی (بر حسب درجه سلسیوس) است.
ABSTRACT
Water removal is one of the most important steps in gas purification because the presence of water in the gas even at very low levels leads to the formation of gas gases in the line under high pressure conditions and low temperatures. The choice of de-dipping method depends on the gas condition (the constituent parts, the pressure and the temperature of the discharge), and the amount of dehydration required. The amount of water in the gas can be determined by the dew point of the gas at the desired pressure and temperature. Dewpoint depletion indicates the amount of water that is removed from the gas during the dehumidification process. In units where the de-dipping process is carried out by means of molecular bedding, it is then saturated after a period of time, requiring a hot-gas regeneration by means of a flow diagram of the process. In this paper, by thermal integration and by placing the heat exchanger on the flow of input The recovery and the outflow of the refinery from the refineries were optimized using the Aspen Energy Analyzing8.8 software using pinch analysis in heat exchangers with manual and software calculations. In this process, the amount of 19065200kj / hr of energy for hot-water currents has been reduced by adding a heat exchanger to the coolers’ heat load.
INTRODUCTION
