چکیده

وقتی که جغد طلاق بر آستانه خانه ای نشست و غبار غربت و تنهایی فضای غمگین آشیانه ای را در خود گرفت، جوجه های بی پناه و سرگردان در جستجوی پدر و مادر خویش پرپر می زنند. گاه در دامن مادر می آویزند تا لانه را رها نکند و گاه پدر را صدا می زنند تا برای همیشه ترکشان نگوید، زیرا آنان هنوز در آستانه پروازند، هنوز دهان گرسنگی خود را برای غذای محبّت والدین گشوده اند، هنوز گرمای تن مادر را می طلبند تا بال و پر بگشایند و در آسمان پاک و صاف خوشبختی اوج گیرند و زمزمه صدایشان دشت سرسبز زندگیشان را پراکند، ولی اکنون این جغد طلاق است که بر سرشان فرود آمده و کابوس غربت و اندوه بر چشمان منتظرشان نشسته است. اینک پدر یا مادر کدامیک پرواز را تا انتها به آنان خواهند آموخت؟ کدامیک بال نوازش بر سر این جوجگان بی پناه خواهد گسترد؟ کدامیک فروغ محبّت را به لانه تاریک هدایت خواهد کرد؟ و اینها پرسشهایی است که کودک در جستجوی پاسخ آنان است. او قانون نمی داند، او تنها می خواهد به یک اندازه با هر دوتای پدر و مادر باشد و از رنج بی پدری یا بی مادری به یک میزان افسرده و نگران است. فراموش نکنیم که طلاق یک فاجعه است امّا اگر تنها راه حل موجود باشد وظیفه داریم اثرات مخرب آنرا به حداقل برسانیم. کودکان قربانیان بلافصل طلاق والدین خویشند. اگر نتوانستیم فضای مطلوب و شادی بخش خانوادگی را برایشان فراهم کنیم دست کم باید بیاموزیم که چگونه آنها را از صدمات ناشی از طلاق تا حد امکان در امان داریم. طلاق یکی از غامض ترین پدیده های اجتماعی عصر ما را از دیدگاه کسانی که بیش از همه آنها لطمه می بینند بررسی می کند. پدیده طلاق (راه حل) رایج و قانونی، عدم سازش زن و شوهر، فروریختن ساختمان خانواده، قطع پیوند زناشویی و اختلاف ارتباط پدرو مادر با فرزند، توجه اصلی به پیامدهای طلاق و اثرات روحی، عاطفی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی آن بر فرزند است.

When the divorced owl sits on the threshold of a house and the dust of loneliness and loneliness occupy a sad nesting space, helpless and wandering chickens flock in search of their parents. Sometimes they hang on their mother’s skirts to leave the nest, and sometimes they call on the father not to leave forever, because they are still on the verge of drowning, still hungry for parental love, still demanding mother’s warmth. To wings and feathers to rise in the clear and clear sky of happiness And whisper of their voices scatter the lush plains of their lives, But now it is the divorced owl that has landed on them, With the nightmare of sorrow and sorrow waiting for them. Which parent and mother will learn to fly to the end? Which caress wing will spread on these helpless rogues? Who will direct the love of love into the dark nest? And these are the questions the child is looking for. She doesn’t know the law, she just wants to be the same with both parents, and she’s depressed and worried about the suffering of her father or mother. We should not forget that divorce is a disaster, but if the only solution is to do so, we have the task of minimizing the damaging effects. Children are victims of their parents’ immediate divorce. If we were not able to provide them with a comfortable and happy family environment, we should at least learn how to save them from the effects of divorce as much as possible. Divorce examines one of the most pernicious social phenomena of our age from the perspective of those who are most hurt. The common and legal divorce phenomenon, the lack of a husband and wife, the collapse of the family building, the breakup of the marriage, and the discrepancy between the parent and the child, are the main focus on the consequences of divorce and its emotional, social, and economic effects on the child.
