    نظريه سيستمها به مفهوم عام خود در واقع كاملترين و جديدترين چارچوب فكري است كه بشر امروزي در راه كشف حقايق و تميز خطا از صواب براي خود ساخته است . اين منطق محصول عمر انسان متمدن است كه مرحلة تكامل خود را از دوران قبل از ميلاد شروع كرده است . اگر چه اصولاً پيشرفت نحوة تفكر : سير تكاملي داشته است ، ولي به منظور توجيه موضوع از سه مرحلة جهشي به ترتيب زير مي توان سخن به ميان آورد :

    1ـ مرحلة منطق ارسطويي،

    2ـ مرحلة منطق تجربي ،

    رسانه اجتماعی توصیف ابزارهاي آنلاین است که مردم از آن براي اشتراك محتوا، پروفایلها، نظرات، دیدگاه ها، تجربیات و افکار استفاده میکنند. تفاوت اصلی رسانه هاي اجتماعی با شبکه هاي اجتماعی در این است که رسانه هاي اجتماعی راهی براي انتقال و یا اشتراك گذاري اطلاعات با مخاطبان گسترده است؛ در حالی که شبکه هاي اجتماعی عامل تعامل است. گروه هایی از مردم با منافع مشترك، یا ذهن مشابه، وابسته با یکدیگر که در سایت هاي شبکه هاي اجتماعی رابطه ایجاد میکنند. رسانه اجتماعی، اجتماعی سازي یک سازمان و درگیر کردن عوامل انسانی در فرآیند رویه ها و فلسفه هاي یک سازمان است. در این مقاله، نقش رسانه هاي اجتماعی به عنوان عاملی تأثیرگذار در بازاریابی و مؤثر بر ساختار سازمانی با نگاه ویژه به بانکداري الکترونیک و بانکداري اجتماعی مورد بحث قرار میگیرد. مؤلفه ها و نقشه راه نفوذ بانکها به درون رسانه هاي اجتماعی بیان میگردد و با ارائه جداولی از حضور بانک هاي خارجی در سایت هاي رسانه هاي اجتماعی پربازدید و بحث پیرامون نقش این رسانه ها در بسترسازي تعاملات بانکی با نسل جدید به منظور ایجاد مشتریانی وفادار، به عواملی همچون کاهش هزینه ها، کسب اعتماد نسل جدید، افزایش درآمد و اهمیت برند بانکها در رسانه هاي مذکور پرداخته میشود.

    نقش و تاثيررهبران سازمانی در نهادينه سازی مديريت دانش در سازمان های کنونی

    مقاله حاضر در ابتدا به تشريح مديريت دانش پرداخته و سپس ضرورت واهميت آنرا در سازمانهای کنونی مورد توجه قرار می دهد. هر چند در سالهای اخير، مديريت دانش از شهرت زيادی، بخصوص در بخش آموزش و تجارت، برخوردار گرديده است، اما هنوز در ارتباط با مطلوبترين شيوه های به کارگيری آن ، ابهاماتی وجود دارد. اين مقاله بدنبال بررسی و ارائه اثربخش‌ترين راهکارهای آشنايی کارکنان با مفهوم مديريت دانش بوده تا از آن طريق بتوان به بهترين شکل آنرا درانواع موسسات بکار گرفت. فرايند آشنايی اعضاء با مفهوم مديريت دانش در تمامی مراحل نهادينه نمودن اين مفهوم درسازمان اجرامی گردد و پيشنهاد می شود مراحل نهادينه سازی مفهوم مديريت دانش، از طريق رهبران سازمانی که از دانش و نفوذ بيشتری بمنظور تغيير ادراک و رفتار افراد برخوردارند، صورت پذيرد.  در دهه های اخير، انواع موسسات، شاهد تغييرات اساسی در زمينه های ساختار، کارکرد و سبک‌های مديريتی خويش بوده اند. موسسات کنونی، اهميت بيشتری جهت درک، انطباق پذيری و مديريت تغييرات محيط پيرامون قايل شده ودر کسب و بکارگيری دانش و اطلاعات روزآمد بمنظور بهبود عمليات و ارائه خدمات و محصولات مطلوبتر به ارباب رجوعان پيشی گرفته اند . چنين  سازمانهايی  نيازمند بکارگيری  سبک جديدی از مديريت به نام “مديريت دانش” می باشند.

    مراحل اوليه زندگي بشر در اين كره خاكي حالت طبيعي داشته است. گله‎هاي انساني از طريق شكار، خوشه‎چيني يا غارت طبيعت، زندگي مي‎كردند. آنان با ابزارسازي از دوره غارت طبيعت به دوره توليد خوراك رسيدند و بدين ترتيب تمدن بپر آغاز گرديد. بشر با اختراع خط به جمع‎آوري تجربيات و ثبت و ضبط آنها پرداخت. گروه‎هاي اوليه به صورت كلان و قبيله‎اي شكل مي‎‌گيرند. وضعيت اجتماعي آنان به صورت اشتراكي بوده است. نهادهاي اجتماعي عصر حاضر مثل حكومت، مدرسه، اقتصاد، علم، هنر و جنگ هم با تحول گروه‎هاي كوچك ياد شده در طول تاريخ به وجود آمدند. نهادهاي اجتماعي هر كدام داراي هدف يا اهدافي هستند كه نيازهاي انسان را برطرف مي‎كنند. براي نيل به اهداف نهادها، ضرورتاً سازمان‎هايي شكل مي‎گيرند (گلش فومني، 1379). مديريت پديده‎اي نوظهور نيست؟ بلكه عمر آن به درازاي عمر تاريخ بشري مي‎رسد. انسان در يك پيوستار تاريخي از زندگي انفرادي به زندگي قومي و از زندگي كشاورزي به حيات مدرن صنعتي و نهايتاً به زندگي پيچيده كنوني كه با عناوين عصر اتم، الكترونيك، انفجار اطلاعات و عصر آدمهاي مصنوعي از آن ياد شده است،‌ پانهاده است.

    A comparison of the performance of various project control methods using earned value management systems

    Recent literature on project management has emphasised the effort which is spent by the management team during the project control process. Based on this effort, a functional distinction can be made between a top down and a bottom up project control approach. A top down control approach refers to  the use of a project control system that generates project based performance metrics to give a general overview of the project performance. Actions are triggered based on these general performance metrics, which need further investigation to detect problems at the activity level. A bottom up project control system refers to a system in which detailed activity information needs to be available constantly during the project control process, which requires more effort. In this research, we propose two new project control approaches, which combines elements of both top down and bottom up control. To this end, we integrate the earned value management/earned schedule (EVM/ES) method with multiple control points inspired by critical chain/buffer management (CC/BM). We show how the EVM/ES control approach is complementary with the concept of buffers and how they can improve the project control process when cleverly combined. These combined top down approaches overcome some of the drawbacks of traditional EVM/ES mentioned in the literature, while minimally increasing the effort spent by the project manager. A large computational experiment is set up to test the approach against other control procedures within a broad range of simulated dynamic project  progress situations.

    Over the past, natural resources have been managed to a large part by the state. However, local  communities increasingly account for a substantial share of management as well. Approximately 76% of the worlds irrigated area (277 million hectares, 40% of the worlds food production), is managed by local Water User Associations (Garces-Restrepo et al., 2007). Since state-governance did not always met expectations in the 1960 and 1970s (Acheson, 2006), many countries increased the involvement of local resource users in the management process (see Garces-Restrepo et al., 2007 for irrigation). This development led to a variety of different forms of collaboration between governments and communities. Indeed, despite the conceptual distinction, in practice there is considerable overlap between state and community-based governance and a wide diversity of experiences (Meinzen-Dick, 2014). Different ideas have been used to coin these experiences, including joint management, community-based management (Gruber, 2008), (adaptive) collaborative management, and, most prominently co-management (Armitage et al., 2009).

    Business Activity Management (BAM) is becoming one of the most critical areas to transform a business into an adaptive enterprise. To manage business activities and the related resources is a very complex task. BAM systems need to address potentially large number of business rules and unpredictable changes of business situations. Using BAM policies to drive BAM scenarios makes such challenging tasks practical and feasible. In this paper, we present a policy framework for Web-Service based BAM systems. We will cover the conceptual foundation, policy specification, policy architecture, and a case study for the framework and related  components. Comparison with other similar works will be given at the end of this paper.

    The business-operating environment nowadays is in a severe changing situation and, as a result, triggers an increasingly fierce competition in the development of offshore business and bases. This makes selection of suitable expatriate personnel more and more important for companies. Taking graduates who are about to start their career in the society as subjects, this study focuses on the effect of personal career development management on the willingness to relocate in the future. Data are analyzed using Pearson correlation,  multiple regression and structural equation modeling. The result shows that the career development  management of the students graduating from a management college of a university has a significant effect on their willingness to relocate and can be well predicted. This study puts forward practical and academic  suggestions based on this result.

    The aim of the present survey research was to investigate the Saee park environmental  managementindicators. The statistical population of this study was the visitors of Saee Park that the sample size was calculated 384 people using Cochran formula and simple random sampling method. The content validity of the questionnaire determined based on the professors and experienced experts’ point of view and the reliability of the questionnaire was determined by Cronbach’s alpha which was obtained above 0.7 for the major scales of the questionnaire that was acceptable. These findings showed that different individual andprofessional characteristics of citizens in their satisfaction were influential in environmental management  indicators, and there was a difference between the views of different groups based on these characteristics. There was a significant relationship between the age, education level of respondents and satisfaction of visitors from environmental management indexes of Saee Park.

In particular, we examine the implications of two aspects of auditor reputation,  auditor type and auditor industry specialization, for earnings management in banks. We find that both auditor type and auditor industry specialization moderate benchmark-beating (loss-avoidance and just- meeting-or-beating prior year’s earnings) behavior in banks. In addition, we find that once auditor type and auditor industry specialization are included in the same tests, only auditor industry specialization has a  significant impact on constraining benchmark-beating behavior. In separate tests related to income- increasing abnormal loan loss provisions, we find that both auditor type and auditor expertise constrain income-increasing earnings management. Again, in joint tests, only auditor industry expertise has a significant impact on constraining income-increasing earnings management.

    There’s much wisdom in that saying, which has been attributed to both W. Edwards Deming and Peter Drucker, and it explains why the recent explosion of digital data is so important. Simply put, because of big data, managers can measure, and hence know, radically more about their businesses, and directly translate that knowledge into improved decision making and performance. Consider retailing. Booksellers in physical stores could always track which books sold and which did not. If they had a loyalty program, they could tie some of those purchases to individual customers. And that was about it. Once shopping moved online, though, the understanding of customers increased dramatically. Online retailers could track not only what customers bought, but also what else they looked at; how they navigated through the site; how much they were influenced by promotions, reviews, and page layouts; and similarities across individuals and groups. Before long, they developed algorithms to predict what books individual customers would like to read next—algorithms that performed better every time the customer responded to or ignored a recommendation. Traditional retailers simply couldn’t access this kind of information, let alone act on it in a timely manner. It’s no wonder that Amazon has put so many brick-and-mortar bookstores out of business.
