استعداد کارآفرینی خود را بیابید

چکیده

کارآفرینی عامل توسعه اقتصادی و فرایند تولید دانش، ثروت، توسعه تکنولوژی و اشتغال مولد است و راز موفقیت  کشورهای صنعتی در این است که در فرایند تولیدی، علم، اطلاعات و تکنولوژی را جایگزین مواد خام و انرژی کرده اند. اکنون در عرصه جهانی افراد خلاق نو آور و مبتکر به عنوان کارآفرینان منشا تحولات بزرگی در زمینه های تولیدی و صنعتی و خدماتی شده اند، چرخهای توسعه اقتصادی همواره با توسعه کار آفرینی به حرکت در می آید. در شرایط سخت کنونی پرداختن به مسئله کارآفرینی در جامعه بیش از پیش احساس می شود امروزه نیروی انسانی بعنوان یک منبع نامحدود و محور هر نوع توسعه مطرح است در این بین کار آفرینان بطورخاص دارای نقش موثرتری در فرآیند توسعه اقتصادی کشور هستند. تحقیقات نشان داده که بین رشد اقتصادی و تعداد کار آفرینان در یک کشور همبستگی مثبتی وجود دارد زیرا کشوری که دارای تعداد زیادی کار آفرین باشد از محرک های اقتصادی و تجاری قویتری برخوردار است. لغت کار آفرین از یک کلمه فرانسوی به معنی به عهده گرفتن یا اداره عملکرد گرفته شده است. بنابراین کارآفرین اغلب به افرادی اطلاق میشود که خطرات آغاز یک شغل را با جان و دل پذیرا میشوند.بر اساس برداشت های کلی , کار آفرینان نسبت به هر متولی تاثیر بیشتری در چندین قرن گذشته داشته اند و به عنوان آفرینندگان دنیای مدرن مطرح  شده اند ولی همچنان این تعریفی کامل از آنها نمیتواند باشد.

ABSTRACT

Entrepreneurship is the factor of economic development and the process of producing knowledge, wealth, technology development, and productive employment, and the secret of the success of the industrialized countries is that in the manufacturing process, science, information and technology have replaced raw materials and energy. Now, in the global arena, creative and innovative people, as entrepreneurs, are the source of great transformations in manufacturing, industry, and services; economic development cycles are always driven by the development of entrepreneurship. In today’s difficult circumstances, addressing the issue of entrepreneurship in society is increasingly felt today as human resources as an unlimited source of development. In the meantime, entrepreneurs have a more effective role in the process of economic development in the country. Research has shown that there is a positive correlation between economic growth and the number of entrepreneurs in a country, because a country with a large number of entrepreneurs has stronger economic and business incentives. The entrepreneurial word is taken from a French word meaningful or functional. Therefore, the entrepreneur often refers to those who accept the dangers of starting a job. On the basis of general perceptions, entrepreneurs have had a greater impact on each custodian over the last several centuries and have been introduced as creators of the modern world. It is still not a complete definition of them.
